Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item for refund or exchange simply follow these simple steps:

1.	Call or email customer service for a return authorization number: 888.877.7992 Option 1 or email: returns@via-e.com
2.	Pack your shipment securely and return it to us via UPS or insured mail for your protection.
3.	Include original packing slip or receipt and return form [Please click here to download the form.].

Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the items returned. If we cannot determine the purchase price, a refund is issued at the current price. Shipping and processing charges are not refunded. We do not accept returns COD.

Return Check:
If your order was paid for by check, money order or gift certificate, or was a gift, a refund check will be generated and sent to the address you indicate.

Credit Card Credit:
If your order was a credit card purchase, a credit will be sent to our credit card company. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
