Domestic Shipping
Shipping costs will vary according to the destination and the weight of the package.
Domestic packages are shipped via FedEx. All
shipments will have a tracking number that will be sent to you by
email. Please

International Shipping
We do ship outside of the United States. Shipping costs will vary according to the destination and the weight of the package. International packages are shipped by way
of FedEx. All international shipments will have a tracking number
that will be sent to you by email.
Overnight and Expedited options are not available due to the cost. Customs duty and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please
email us if you need additional information.
Note: Via-E and Via-E partners are not responsible for shipping delays or problems once a package leaves the United States.
Direct Ship Items
In most cases, items with a "DS" after the product sku (stock keeping unit: the
unique catalog item identification number) are items which are shipped directly from the manufacturer and require additional time for delivery. Please allow 2-3 days for processing and another 3-7 business days for items to ship.
Direct ship items are shipped UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on the manufacturer. When your item(s) is shipped, we will notify you of the shipping method and provide you with the tracking number in an email so you can track the order.
